I have been singing ever since I can remember!  My parents supported me from day one and encouraged me to sing at every opportunity.  Being born and raised close to Minneapolis/St. Paul has allowed me to experience all genres of music.  From rock to classical and everything in between, I have had the chance to sing it all! 

After graduating from McNally Smith College of Music in 2001 I began singing out at bars across the Twin Cities with an original band.  From there I had the wonderful opportunity to sing with many different groups covering all types of music.  My greatest influences continued to be the powerful vocals of talents such as Heart, Pat Benatar and Aretha Franklin. 

Finally, I teamed up with my good friend Jim Simmons and our mutual love for rock and roll launched us into the search for the perfect rock band.  Jim brought Ray Carter into the picture as a second guitar player-turned-bassist.   Noel Saunders joined and completed our dream band.  Ray and Noel have since become wonderful friends as well!!

I am incredibly fortunate to sing with Sunset Blue!  Jim, Ray and Noel are amazingly talented and genuinely good people.  When you come to rock out with us you will be captivated by how much fun we have at every show!
